It’s All Fun and Games

 I used to enjoy wearing makeup. I had Kevyn Aucoin’s makeup book. An unexpected consequence of my brain tumor is that I can’t wear makeup. As I explained before, I have ataxia. I’m not going to potentially poke myself in the eye for some eyeliner. It’s totally possible that I’ll poke myself and it’s just not worth it.

Eyeliner and mascara require a steady hand and it’s unrealistic for me to work towards a steady hand.  I use to use both liquid and pencil eyeliner. Liquid on the top and pencil on the bottom. I used to be able to do wings on the top. I can’t hold my hand steady let alone make a shape.

I would love to wear makeup but I just can’t.
